Learn to give someone our full attention, hear the feelings behind their words, and make a conversation an opportunity for connection.
The Art of Disagreeing
Can different opinions bring us closer?
Discover how respect changes the way we handle disagreement, and how another perspective can help us find a better way forward.
The Art of Positivity
What changes when we give someone the benefit of the doubt?
Recognize the biases that shape our judgments and learn to see more of the good in the people we know.
The Art of Influence
How can we offer guidance that someone can actually hear?
Explore how to offer constructive feedback with care, humility, and sensitivity, helping someone grow while strengthening the relationship.
The Art of Forgiveness
How do we move forward after we've been hurt?
Discover the steps toward forgiveness and reconciliation, including what we can do when we aren't ready to forgive completely.

Family friendly Rosh Hashanah Gathering
Start the new year on the right foot! Join the local Chagrin Falls Jewish community for a unity gathering on Rosh Hashana. Hear the sound of the Shofar, recite the Tashlich prayer at the river, and usher in a new year of Jewish pride and practice.
