Mid-Service Children's Program

Give your children a Rosh Hashanah experience made just for them!

While the grown-ups are in services, children will enjoy a fun hour of hands-on learning, food crafts and more Rosh Hashanah fun!

We’ll join the main service to hear the sounds of the Shofar!

Bring the whole family to Shul this Rosh Hashanah, we’re ready to welcome you!

No charge to attend. Please RSVP so we can prepare for every child.


NOTE:
The children’s program will take place on Sunday, September 13th, Rosh Hashanah Day 2.

On Saturday, September 12th, Rosh Hashanah Day 1, children are welcome to join the main service and enjoy the play corner and snacks.

Family friendly Rosh Hashanah Gathering

Start the new year on the right foot! Join the local Chagrin Falls Jewish community for a unity gathering on Rosh Hashana. Hear the sound of the Shofar, recite the Tashlich prayer at the river, and usher in a new year of Jewish pride and practice.

Bring the whole family! We’ll have a children’s activity, refreshments, and Rosh Hashanah gift boxes to go. (Pre-registration is preferrable via the form below.)

All are welcome. Every individual should have the opportunity to hear the Shofar and experience the new year in an enjoyable setting. L’Shana Tovah!

Make Your Own Shofar!

Get ready for Rosh Hashanah with a fun, educational, hands-on experience for kids and parents!

Kids will discover how a shofar is made and get to make their very own shofar to take home! Also enjoy delicious apple and honey treats and learn about Rosh Hashanah.

What to expect:
